Appointment Policy A $50 booking fee is required to secure appointments and will be applied toward your visit balance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may impact future scheduling, depending on the circumstances.
